On behalf of the the Food for Health International Society (FOHIS), first of all, let me making brief introduction for Food for Health International Conference. FOHIS is founded in 2016 and Dr. Hou was as founded president.
The aim of FOHIS is to establish systematic platform for the studies of Food and health, which including food production, post- harvest and food processing, food function and safety, and global food security. To communicate latest practices, updated information, emerging ideas across countries toward “Food for Health”, Food for Health International Conference (FOHIC) is held in difference country every year.
The first FOHIC was chaired by Dr. De-Xing HOU, and held at Kagoshima, Japan in March, 2016. The second FOHIC was chaired by Dr. Jianhua HE, and held at Changsha, China in September, 2017. The third FOHIC was chaired by Dr. J. Santos Garcia A, and held at Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in November, 2018. Now, it is forth FOHIC that is chaired by Barbara Król and held at Wrocław, Poland in October 9-11, 2019.
