
Prof. dr hab. Dorota Jamroz
Born on October 20, 1939 in Wrocław – a Polish zootechnician specializing in nutrition physiology, poultry nutrition and animal nutrition; academic teacher associated with the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.
For scientific and didactic activity professor Dorota Jamroz received the International Award for Outstanding Scientific Achievements, the International H. Baur Prize and 28 awards of the rector of the Agricultural University of Wrocław, the award of the Minister of Agriculture, the award of the Minister of Education; Gold Cross of Merit and Knight’s Order of Polonia Restituta, as well as the Medal of the National Education Commission. Professor Jamroz is the author of over 250 articles and 5 books. Under her supervision, 6 doctoral dissertations and 5 habilitation proceedings were conducted. Professor Dorota Jamroz received an honoris causa doctorate twice.
